The frame name overwriting bug of ticket #900 returns

Line 393 of the readable, commented mootools-beta-1.2b2-compatible release contains the $extend which overwrites properties of the window unnecessarily. A consequence of this is the loss of the name of windows, which leads to undesirable link targeting behavior especially in framesets.
