I've been trying to create a custom tooltip using your Moo 1.2 beta documentation and I believe there is an error in your documentation.

The issue, I believe, is that the "tip-top" and "tip-bottom" elements in the tip wrapper aren't being created.

"tip-top" and "tip-bottom" would be extremely helpful in styling.
